Full Replacement: $260

Your technician carries a selection of kits that may allow them to build a custom sliding door on site for you.

Pet Door Install: $30

We measure and assemble your replacement screen on site. Ensuring a custom fit on all screens. Includes custom fit frame, charcoal fiber, springs and tabs.

Factory Built Doors

If your door frames are in need of replacement, we will measure and have our factory custom build a new door that meets your specifications. Lead times for factory built doors is 2-5 business days.

Oversize Surcharge
Due to the cost of uncommon materials, there is a $40 Oversize Surcharge added to the price of any door or window with a width greater then 48″

Fresh Air and Easy Access

Your patio’s screen door can provide you with wonderful fresh air and easy access to the outside world during much of the year, and you may find yourself using your screen door daily. Daily use and exposure to the elements, however, will naturally cause your patio’s screen door to wear out over time. Even the heaviest, heartiest screens will need periodic maintenance and replacing.

So, how do you know if it’s time to replace your patio’s screen door? Keep an eye out for these tell-tale signs that a replacement door might be in your near future:

  • Your door does not open or close properly
    Nearly every screen door will come off the track now and then, but if you are having a daily struggle to open, close, or slide the door back and forth, it may be time for a replacement. A healthy screen door should not stick or squeak when pulled, and significant effort should never be required to simply shut the door for the night. It is common for screen doors in Aurora to get damaged over time, even if you are using care when opening and closing it each day. If your screen door has become warped or bent, this is a sign that it’s time to replace it.

  • The screen is significantly damaged
    When your screen door is open without the glass patio door, the screen is the only barrier between you and the outside world. The screen protects you and your home from dust, bugs, dirt, and debris, and it is time for a replacement when that screen stops actually protecting you. A screen can become severely damaged or torn for a number of reasons: prolonged use, a hail storm, severe wind, small children or pets pressing against the screen, etc. Bugs and pests can crawl into your home through surprisingly small holes in the screen, so it is important to replace your door as soon as it starts to wear out.   • The screen does not properly fit into the frame
    Not every screen door is created equal, and not all screen doors are meant to fit with every patio door. Consumers often mistakenly try to take a one-size-fits-all approach with screen doors, believing a close fit is “good enough” or that they can bend or otherwise manipulate the screen to fit their doorframe. If your patio’s screen door exhibits signs such as shaking excessively in the wind, letting in a large amount of bugs or debris, or has visible gaps around the frame, replace the screen with a different size or style better suited for your home’s design.

  • Quality screen door replacements
    If you think it might be time to replace your home’s screen door, it is always a good idea to first consult a professional.
